What is your refund policy?

As the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is not eligible for a refund.

What is the license of your products?

We sell all of our products with our terms of extended license which means that you are allowed to use them in any personal or commercial work. The licensed asset can appear in up to 5,000 end products for sale. For an extended commercial license, where the licensed asset can appear in up to 250,000 end products for sale - visit our shop at creativemarket.com/FaberCo to buy the license. You can create artwork with our products and sell the end product. However you are NOT allowed to sell or redistribute our products in any way in their original form. You get one license per purchased product - and are not allowed to share them with anyone else.

Why are the price for commercial license lower at your website?

You might have noticed that our prices differ depending on which platform you use to buy our products. Quite often you can get the commercial license at our website to the same price as the personal license on other platforms. This is because when we sell on other platforms they take a big piece of the cake (yes, the we’re talking about the money), so when we sell on our own platform we can take a lower price because we get the whole cake of the sales price.
